Acel wrote this song way back in 2002. It would have originally been titled "Spiritual High", but "Laugh and Cry" seemed to stick nicely.
The video was directed by Avid Liongoren with the artful help of Paolo and Mara Bernaldo including the rest of the "Rocketsheep" crew who took care of Acel so well during the 3 days up in the mountains of Banaue and Sagada.
The dizzy twirling parts and the running scenes were shot by Acel herself!
