My beach filled first quarter of 2010

Did you know that despite living in the Philippines all my life, the first time I ever went to the beach was when I was done with college in 1997!!?? hehe..

So what an incredible first quarter of 2010 it has been and I can only say how overwhelmed I am with God. Especially because it is amazing that every single month so far, we have had the opportunity to hit the beach!!!

January -- Nasugbu, Batangas! We went went to the beach at Nasugbu, Batangas for Joe and Carla's wedding. So thankful they invited me to sing. Their beach wedding HAS got to be the most beautiful wedding I've ever been to so far.

Febuary -- Pandanon Island (near Cebu/Bohol!)!!! I'm so thankful for being invited (with my WHOLE BAND) to play in the universities of Cebu. Playing in the campus has got to be some of the most exciting gigs. There is so much energy there. So glad that Jeng could play guitars for me there. It was her first time on an airplane too. Then we took a boat ride to Pandanon island -- pretty much a sandbar of creamy powdery sand.

March - Miniloc Island, El Nido, Palawan! The.Most.Beautiful.Resort.In.The.WORLD!!! Playing for the town was such an honor. We met the mayor too! And what an adventure we had! Together with Top Suzara and Jay-R Siaboc, we took a speed boat (in the middle of the night) from Miniloc island to El Nido town to perform at their fiesta. So much fun!!! And the limestone islands and the friendly service of everyone there -- ROYALTY.
